POSTAL FRAUD Louis Becker & Donald E. Black of MD
Short of it:
It was a trade, and Mr. Black took my cards listed below & sent me a $400 card instead of what we had agreed upon. This was all done thru USPS. Please keep an eye on the following cards. I just find it kind of odd that a crook would send you a $400 card. I would think a scammer would just not bother to send anything. Are you sure it couldn't have just been a mix-up where he mailed the wrong package to the wrong person?

Thanks guys.
I have tried to contact him and no answer. Spoke to his daughter who said she was shocked and will talk to him. Called back 3 hours later and she's not answering. Got her info from ebay since she has a ebay account and that is how i got to know Donald Black
