Hi,
Okay, so I just picked up a Hank Gowdy (center) that appears to be a fine pen ... but it also appears to be printed on a type 4 creamy Wide pen paper. Oh and in case it's not obvious from my photo ... the creamy Gowdy is a smidge smaller than the regular fine pen Gowdt shown for comparison. I was not aware that the fine pens came with a creamy back ... and it's not listed in my Standard Catalogue. And Gowdy isn't listed in teh Type 4 or 5 Creamy wide pens and isn't listed in Gold Medal Flour - so I assume it's not that. Anybody have any clue what this is? Is this a new variation - or am I misidentifying it? Thanks, Patrick |

Many years of exposure to a smoke-filled room will do that to a photo. Try cleaning a corner ; I wouldn't worry too much about creating damage.....
