Need help with baseball card/image type

Hey guys, I'm looking for an assist on a card/image that was in a box of WWII items I picked up. It has a blank back. What is it and does it have any value to it?

Goudey Wide pen....they are fairly inexpensive....maybe $5-$8 or so for that one....LL
