The PSA/DNA letter is 100 % authentic with the PSA/DNA watermark in the paper. It is called an auction house letter. Maybe it was before your time, but this is what an auction company use to issue instead of a full PSA/DNA letter, due to the cost involved. PSA/DNA would actually examine the autograph, and give the auction house a letter to that effect if they believed the autograph was authentic. PSA/DNA use to have authentication sessions at this auction house and for 20.00 you could send in items to be examined. I did this many times, and this is one of those items. As I stated, the letter is original and has been in my possession since it was returned after the authentication session in 2005.
It is not in PSA's database because it is an auction house letter, and these were NEVER entered into their database as it is not a full letter and doesn't have an assigned database number.
Any other things you desire answers to, just pm me.
