Default November 1,2,3 Card show at shriners willmington
Only arround 6 week to wait for the shriners willmington,MA baseball card show on november 1,2,3

Anyone here will be present at the show ?

For my part i will be present on the saturday

yep a long drive form the north... but i really enjoy the trip in car with my friend collector...

Anyone want to schedule a lunch or dinner for members to get together? I don't know the area. Figure might be nice to see each other again after the national.

Every year for a while now, we've had a Net54 meeting at noon on Saturday in the dining room area. Time for a few stories, share a few pickups, etc.

I'll certainly be there and hope we can do it again, with new folks joining as well if possible!

Never been to the show there. How far from the airport is the show? Any close hotels? I'll be looking for older sports equipment and 30's-40's non-sports cards. Worth going? Any help would be appreciated! Sam Majors

If i see corectly, i think SGC will grade cards directly at the show for the first time...

how would one get that? Also, its a great show w something for everyone, why is the list that important, unless you are meeting a particular dealer?

eat some dinner in restaurant we don t have in canada and meet some Net54member , see high end cards and item we never see in canada...

I was at the show today with cash in hand. Unfortunately I was not able to land any big deals, just a few commons to fill some holes. Prices were just too far off from reality. Many dealers, plenty of cards and alot of collectors. Most cards are not priced which is so frustrating; so you have to go through the hassle of asking and then the dealer opens the case, looks on the back of card, goes to a book, then quotes a stupid $. Oh well, it was fun overall. They are not expecting as big of a crowd tomorrow because of the Red Sox parade in Boston.

Will be present again in next april. Hol in my hand today many high end cards a beautifull experience to hold 100k card in my hand

Made it to the show for the first time in a few years.

Missed everyone at the snack bar again. Next time I'm bringing a sign like the limo guys use at the airport. (I was the guy in the green shirt with a target shopping bag)

Found a few things, nothing big. And got a few cards done by SGC. They gave me a pretty good price to do a few cards that were over the show special value.

I also asked them about a couple cards I had graded that I didn't see the flaws. Once they pointed them out it made sense.

Saw the usual batch of neat stuff I couldn't afford,

All in all a pretty good show.
