Hello all,
Thank you for allowing me to post and share my latest find. I have a 1912 Baseball card game I recently purchased. As of yet I have no information other than a copy right or patent filing from 1912. I have a 29 card set with box and carrying case along with detailed official instructions. If anyone would like to share info on Player pictured, Team or Company. I would be very thankful for the help. The set is titled the Shannon-Hattersley Improved Baseball Card Game. Patent or copy right says June 1912 Patterson NJ. My first thought is it was a prelude to the Tom Barker Card Game, or Maybe the Polo Grounds Set. It seems to pre date both. |
