Picture angle would make me suspicious. Too many bad transactions with presentations like this. Maybe bid as if it is a damagd card...

I'm back and forth on it but having your vote of "nope" is making me feel better. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

I say trimmed. Look at the bottom edge and see how the edge wear differs from the other sides. It looks like a recent hack job to me.

While they are still in the minority, I see more auctions using these angled camera shots. My immediate thought when I see this is - what is the seller trying to hide? If you're going to sell cards, invest in a scanner and leave the camera behind.

I don't think it is trimmed by looking at the scan/photo

I try and pay 99% of the time so in this case I decided to comit to buy and then question the cards attributes..................I'm just kidding.
Here's what the seller said in response to me asking him to send measurements: "Hi Eric,The card is 2 5/8" by 1 1/2", completely correct in size. All the borders seem to have even wear. I bought this card at a card show in the mid-80's for probably about $8 or $10 (I was a teenager and didn't have any money then), and it's been in my collection since. In short, I can reassure you. I don't see any motive or evidence that this was trimmed. Thanks for your purchase!" Anyway, I'm a big boy and own it trimmed or not but holding onto the hope that it's good to go. Those angled pictures could cost an honest seller and nice card some real money. If this one is not trimmed then I'm pretty happy with what I paid. As always, thanks for your input.
