Early Football Cabinet Photo-Auction
Picked this one up at a CT Flea Market... Not a football guy but I had to grab it.. piece is just shy (by a quarter inch each way of 8x10). picture is 8.25" by 6.5" . no idea what the age is, but maybe some of the following clues will help you out:
1-Nose guard hung around players neck in upper left & lower left corners 2-Weird shaped football in the lap of player (lower center) 3-Looks like some of the players have pillows sewn to their uniforms some other interesting things: 1-one of the young guys (dapperly dressed) appears to be smoking a pipe 2-the two kids in the front row far left and far right look like they could be brothers maybe even twins... Condition: showsits age wear... staining etc... I would like this one to land in someones collection that will appreciate it more than me! lets start the bidding off at $5 (whatever increments) shipping on me-Auction will end Thursday night 9pm Eastern time.
