Tri-star COA I have never seen this one.

found this on ebay but there is no hollogram and Ive never seen this type of COA from Tri-Star;

This is a legitimate Tri star certificate issued for a signing they did with Koufax in 1994. At that time they did not issue holograms on their signed items. It appears to me that the Koufax is proper for that era and matches the ones they did at the signing.
