1928 issue date ex condition, some bottom pages slight dog eared I guess you would call it. No tears or missing pages.
Another copy of this book just sold in the February Legendary Auction. Final price was $598 which included buyers fee, add shipping and insurance to that and price is over $600.00.
Price for this book is $495.00 which includes shipping and insurance.

On front of inside cover printed "Patrick Quinn with his address. Pretty sure this is the same collector from Chicago. On the other inside cover the number 74603 is written.
