Default Question about Dimmagio Bat

Hi guys. I picked up this bat on the weekend. After taking a closer look at it when I got home a few things didn't seem right. Thoughts?

Also, as I look at the photo now the "Louisville Slugger" looks really bad. When looking at it straight on it doesn't look like that.
