Looks nothing like a 9. To many issues. Another ballon card for PSA. Inflated grade = inflated prices = a crash eventually.

It's really amazing that a kid back in 1926 could use scissors better than the guy who tried to do the same to a Jackson with an x-acto knife, 80 years later....oh....wait......

Default in the late 80s early 90s

a large cache of these sheets were found. I see nothing wrong with cutting them, the sheets, up but I do see something wrong with cutting a cracker jack or topps or t206 or like card.

What if someone back in '26 cut it 'wrong' and left too much border? Then is it okay to cut it down to the size originally intended?

The grading companies don't currently take into account "when" strips were cut, only how the size and corners are. (and other regular aspects too, of course). So if you have a strip of cards, go for it. But if you cut them too thin you will get AUT. I think numerical grades on strip cards are kind of silly, especially without any kind of qualifier. I have had this same rant for years though.
