1909 Pittsburgh Pirates "Dope Book"; WS Souvenir...Pitt. Gazette Times

I'm a vintage equipment collector but have had this piece in my collection for about 7 years now...just figured it was time to move it along into a more suitable home and onto someone who can enjoy it more than me.

Never seen anything like it as its certainly not my area of interest, but I can appreciate its uniqueness and presumptive scarcity.

Its a "Dope Book" published by the Pittsburgh Gazette Times as a souvenir of the 1909 World Series to be given out/sold at Forbes Field. Its literally full of numbers...all kinds of number...stats, averages, etc., etc. Its also full of the names and records of all of the greats of the time...Wagner, Clark, Leach, Delehanty, etc., etc.

Its 103 years old and the cover has some wear to the binding. Other than than, its perfect. The pages are tightly bound together and there are no rips or tears to the pages.

Again, I am no expert in this area so, if this thing is really "rare", I wouldn't mind someone reaching out and telling me so...save me from making a bit mistake
