OT- Auctiva Insurance
Does anyone use Auctiva for their ebay shipping insurance? If so, Have you made any claims and how was it handled? I insure almost everything and it would save me money, I would just like to hear experiences if there are any

I thought they only hosted pictures...learn something new every day. Sorry I can't help and it seems not too many members use them for insurance (lack of response). In our auction company we use CIA insurance and they seem reasonable for what we do.
