OT: 99 yr old man recalls 1924 Senators World Series
Neat write up in today's Washington Post about a guy who watched Walter Johnson pitch in game one of the 1924 World Series. Thought I'd share: http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/...7eb_story.html

Nice story, although it is hard to believe that this year's team is better than the 1924 team. Those are some big name players back then. Our own Ted Z tells a great firsthand account of the 1903 WS game one, Cy Young vs Deacon Phillippe, maybe he will chime in here...
