I am back from the National with my 2nd highest sales in 30 Nationals thanks to the fact that I sell various sports and non sports cards from the early 1900s to the early 1970s.
By the time I got to the National, I had 17 E98s and have come home with 14 of them. One sold today so I have 13 more to go. The 12 of them are raw -- I do not have any of my cards graded; I only do 1-5 shows annually and will gladly send along a scan of specific ones to anyone who asks along with my prices (which I will discount by 20 percent): Jennings red Tinker Blue Dooin Orange Walsh red Jennings Blue Davis Green Kling Green Evers Orange (2) Clarke Blue Chase Blue Tenny Blue Collins Green They also kept me busy at The National as a number of individuals interviewed me about them since the other E98s were up for auction during last week. Interest is high and I don't anticipate dramatic changes in their prices even though the auction figures were lower than we thought they would be. Some of these cards are in fair-good condition and others are in VG - EX condition. None of these are in higher than EX condition. It coujld take me a day to get you the scans as I just learned how to do that tonight; also I am very busy tomorrow. Send your requests to Dynamictwo@aol.com. Best, Steve |

No secrets.
I will respond with scans and prices to everyone who requested them but since I am working late today and tomorrow, it might be not until late tomorrow sometime. From memory, a few were in such bad shape that they were as low as under $300 while others were in much better shape and were between $1,000 to $2,500. If you have an interest, drop me a line at dynamictwo@aol.com. Most have been requested already (a number of times) and I will indicate which ones are sold when I confirm their sale. Best, Steve |
