Agreed. That's an awful big miss by SGC. You should no doubt be covered.

knowing how sgc operates they would certainly regrade it the correct 10 or 20 and reimburse the difference. since you're the original submitter it should be even easier. don't let someone else profit off the card.

I'll contact them to see what they say. I've got a hard time evaluating this card because there aren't any others with this combo of front and back (that I've seen). So it's kind of hard to figure out what the difference in price would be.
