I sent a question to the seller, "Babe Ruth? Really??" and received the following response just a few minutes ago:

"Maybe a brother. I have not found any other pictures to confirm the exact home, dog, or ring on finger and have closed listing."

He has great feedback, but doesn't appear to sell any sports stuff - mostly jewelry and antiques. He should have done his homework, but it does look like an honest mistake to me. At least he pulled this listing.
