It was nice to see Johnny Pesky and Bobby Doerr. Those guys aren't getting any younger.

Thanks for posting pic's Scott and Steve and how I wish I could have been there today with my Dad. That is the most important pic.
I broke out a vintage pic for the occasion, a circa 1974 pic taken by a young amateurish teen who spent many a day with his nieghborhood buds roaming the park. Happy Birthday Fenway. |

And one from 1934.
Someday I've got to get some stills from the roll of super 8 I took trying to see Yaz 3000th hit. Lots of footage of groundouts, popups, etc. And #3000 filmed off the TV the night they finally stopped the fenway trips. I'm glad they're doing well with attendance, but I miss when you could go to 8 or 9 games in a row buying tickets at the box office just before the game. Steve B |

After a busy two weeks, we finally got to sit down to watch the ceremony. I was surprised to see one of our photos at the opening of the program. Thankfully, she knows how to DVR
