Maybe he had a few pops before he took pen in hand.
One the other hand, is this a post stroke signature? Says it is on a 1999 All Star Game ball.
Is that the game where they brought him out on the field on the golf cart?

I like that "very authentic", as opposed to "sort of authentic" or just plain old English "authentic".

If it's "very authentic", then it's worth a fortune, because it doesn't look like any other Williams autograph I've ever seen, but then again, those might have all been fakes.
