Nov 29 a special day for ebay?
there is a crazy amount of listings on ebay for today, Nov 29, in the pre-1942 section of baseball cards. Like 13 pages of "auction" only and we haven't even hit prime-time for listing yet. Is there a special or something going on for "list your overpriced cards"?
edited to add - I even exclude T206s in my search and still got 13 pages. There are some neat Gasslers Bread cards but out of my price range for given conditions

1000 free listings today
I think they're running a 'list 1000 items for free' special today. I remember receiving something in my eBay messages about it.

one of the large EBay sellers -- PreWarCardCollector (PWCC) -- is having one of their quarterly auctions. they split it up over several days, but it's still voluminous.
