| WTB: lower grade 1915 Cracker Jack Shoeless Joe

I am trying to locate a 1915 Cracker Jack Jackson in the PSA/SGC 2-3 range. I thought I would give it a shot here. Thanks, Chris.

| Tough card to find

Can anyone thats been around for a while answer if this one has always been tough to find? I thought a while back a good bit of 1915 CJ's were uncovered so there should be more Jacksons out there but I rarely see one up for auction.

I agree with the above poster. They seem to be really hard to find in the grade you are after. I happened to get this one off of Leon 2 years ago by luck. I emailed him to see what was in his upcoming auction, and he happened to have one in his personal collection for sale. Prior to that, I looked for a couple years for a nice low grade example. This one is graded a "2", but Leon and myself feel it's a "3". No creases or stains. Higher grade examples have come up in the last year or two, but lower grade examples are tough. Best of luck in your search. Tony |

| Thanks

Thanks for the kind words Ed! When Leon sent me the scan, It was exactly what I was looking for, and the price was right. It's a great example of buy the card, not the holder. Tony |

You might have better luck posting this in the Pre-War section rather than 19th Century.
