What is this Dimaggio card/item?

Anyone know what this is? It is roughly 3 1/2 by 4 1/2 on clay coated thinner board and blank backed (I believe). It was said to be a tag from a glove or bat? ...thanks in advance.... (can't get scan to work)

thanks DJR......I struggled with that da** thing for 10-15 minutes. I probably have 10 different html scans in my "documents" now

As I did some research I see he did some Vitalis advertising back in the day....my first guess is something to do with that. ......after that, yeah, maybe Condoms....I don't think that had Viagra back then
