1933 Pittsburgh Crawfords
I'm in the process of finishing up a little book on the 1933 Pittsburgh Crawfords and thought I would throw a question out to the advanced Negro League collectors out there: Has anyone come across uniform numbers from the '33 team or any Crawford team of that era? I have done extensive photo research on the team and can't find a photo showing the back of the uniforms to even be sure they did or didn't wear numbers. If someone out there has an actual scorecard from that period and would be willing to share, I'd appreciate it to no end...
