A local man from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island named Gehrig Roach passed away recently. I do not know the story behind his name, but always thought it interesting.
Any other people's names with a similar vintage baseball origin? http://www.inmemoriam.ca/view-announ...rig-roach.html |
