What are the grading standards for SGC and PSA when a card has a vintage stamp? It seems like there is a lot of variation. I have seen some cards with a vintage stamp get poor grades or qualifiers, and at other times it seems like there is almost no penalty at all for a vintage stamp (as the example below would suggest). And when does a stamp become "vintage" ?
Any clarification on this? |
