Up for sale today is a very scarce 1940 Kansas City Blues Minor League Team Issue picturing HOF'er Phil Rizzuto the year before his entry into Major League Baseball with the New York Yankees. This beauty has been graded a BGS 3 by the strict graders at Beckett Grading Services, the industry leader in third-party grading.
