The line around the card is usually the factor? Thank you in advance on your thought's. This is the highest pixel scan I can get...

I agree with Matt, that card doesn't appear authentic. If you can, illuminate it with a black light. That would be a great way to check the card. The image quality looks bad, worse than it should.
