What issues out there were printed on thin paper? The one that comes to mind to me are Mello-Mints but surely there are some others? It's amazing enough the normal stock cards that have survived...but something as thin as the E105's...different game altogether.
Would love to see scans of E105's or any other thin stock issues. |

There are several pre war issues that have thin, paper-like stock. One of my favorites are these T216 Virginia Extras. I might post some other series later but don't want to be too much of a ball hog. I think it took me over 5 yrs to catch my first one. Now, when I see one with a decent back I am all over it. The addiction continues

1936 Goudey Wide Pen premiums are surprisingly thin as are most Cuban issues I believe.

I've always thought the 1914 Cracker Jacks have been pretty thin. That's why I end up seeing so many of them with chips from corners, rather than just creasing and rounded corners, like these two....

T200 Fatimas were printed on very thin stock, as well.

Of the Thin card stock issues, is there any particular issue that is thinner than the others ? Are Coupon Type 1's thinner than Mello-Mint's for example ? I know they are probably all so close, it is too tough to tell with the naked eye, but was curious if anyone has an opinion of what is the thinnest issue. Paper thin may just encompass all these issues mentioned...

wonderful card-man the color in the background, Cobb and Mello Mint-that has got to be one of the best cards I have ever seen-thanks for sharing.
Jeremy- Coupon 1 and VE are very close to the same and the thinnest I know of-similar to news paper thin.

Not quite pre-war but the Collecion Victoria issue is printed on Mobius strips. We're talking thin.

I don't have scans of mine handy, but another paper thin issue is the 1946 Cubans issue, Propagandas Montiel. Maybe somebody can post an example.
