HI...I recently came across the book from 1886 entitled the History of Ashburnham Massachusetts, and it was falling apart from the seams. I saved all of the full length pages that had illustrations on them, and came across the portrait of Ivers Whitney Adams, Braves founder. Would this page, as it were, have any value in the collectors market? Just curious....

Plates removed from books have minimal value, but it depends on who or what is pictured. In this case, very few people have ever heard of Adams, so I would guess there is not much of a market for it.
There are some color plates, such as the oversized ones from the Seymour Church book, that do have some nominal value. |

Thanks! I guess i will hang on to it unless someone wants it for their Braves collection - just send postage and it is for whoever wants it!
