I was in Greenville a couple of days ago & stopped by the Joe Jackson museum. It was closed but I snooped around a bit. Note the sidewalk that leads to the back of the house. Footsteps with baseball spikes lead up to a bench, where they seem to pause. Then the footprints continue on in stocking feet. Nice touch.
The base of the statue, a few blocks away, is built of bricks from old Comiskey Park. |
