It is usually assumed that a "complete" set of T206s consists of 524 cards. I have searched on several websites to see the percentage of Major Leaguers in the set vs. Minor Leaguers.
Everywhere that I see a breakdown, I see that it says that there are: 389 Major Leaguers 134 Minor Leaguers That only adds up to 523.....what is missing? |

Probably the Doyle, N.Y. Nat'l variation. That is the most recently cataloged T206.

JimB is correct....when you include the Joe Doyle error card, there are 390 Major Leaguers.

Burdick listed the set at 522 in his ACC. Was it probably Doyle and the Magie error not included?
