Default T206 Reprints - Any Real Convincing Ones Out There?

Are there any convincing T206 reprints out there - whether mass produced or otherwise? The one I have seen are blatant (letter size/font, colors, shape, backs, etc.) I mean are there any that could trip up even a discriminating eye?

As far as looking at online images, the commercial reprints are clearly different-- lettering, border size, etc. A homemade computer reprint can look more realistic, but will often have a funky cut. Make sure the seller guarantees authenticity and states it's authentic, as many fakers won't do either. And luckily most homemade computer reprints don't look real.

In the vast majority of cases, the experienced eye can tell the difference between real and reprint in an online auction image-- assuming the image is of decent size and focused. Most reprints will have something noticeably off about them, and the mass produced reprints are obvious.

To me, the seller's language says a lot about the lot, as alluded to in the first paragraph.

None of the official reprint sets or individual cards (1975 Nostalgia Press, 1977 Dover, 1983 Galasso, 1983-84 Capital, 1987 Hygrade Toy, 1988 C.C.C., 1995 Wagner Estate or Topps's 206 cards from 2002 and 2009) could really pass for real T206 cards, even if you creased them up or made them look dirty or whatever. This is because, as the person posting above said, they have different fonts, etc.

That being said, there are some unofficial reprints that look incredibly convincing.

I'm thinking that just about any T206 Wagner must be convincing because so many people try to pass them off as real on ebay....
