Any ideas where to get a baseball lamp?

My wife just mentioned she doesn't like our lamp in the family room!! I have her on the line and don't want to let her go. Any ideas where I could get a baseball theme lamp??

Dan you should make one. Cut an old bat down and drill a hole in it. Use the guts from that lamp and get a new shade. Find a small pieces of astro turf and glue it to a base piece and screw that to the bat for stability. For about $35 a custom lamp is made and they look neat especially if you get an old bat from and antique store for about $20.

Andrew - I like the idea of making a lamp. I already have the material (notice the old bat next to the case). I will consider it.

Trae - I've done multiple google, ebay, etc. searches. I'm looking for something not so "child/kid" style. More antique looking. Thanks.

Joe D - Look great, however, I've never really been a leg man. I've always been a breast man and I don't think my wife will go for that.

Hey Dan if you decide to go with my idea you may want to cut off the bottom of the replacement lamp and use that as a base for the rest of it. Utilize what you got.
