Collection of 140 Original Antique Newspapers 1790-1880

I hope this isn't too off topic but I know there are a lot of history buffs on this board!

I have for sale this collection of approximately 140 antique newspapers. All of these newspapers are 100% original, there are no reproductions. The vast majority of these newspapers were printed between 1790 and 1880. Most are from the 1820's-1860's.

It seems that they are all from the East Coast. Because the rag content is high most of these papers remain in very good condition. A few have rips and tears and some light foxing.

I am not a dealer but a private collector and I'd prefer to sell the entire collection to one buyer but would be willing to break it up into a few lots. I obtained these from a very large dental collection (each features a small ad for a dentist or new dental device). They were in that collection since the 1960's.
