Hello,
I'm sure that this button is not from Spahn's no-hitters as they were in 1960 & 1961. I suspect this button was to commemorate his 300th win.

His 300th win came in 1961.

On September 8, 1963 Spahn won his 20th game of the season making him the oldest to win 20 at the age of 42 and tied him with Christy Mathewson for the National League record with thirteen 20 win seasons.
