Cuban Baseball Photo ID

I recently picked up this photo that was listed as a 1940's amateur team. I just love the image and it's going to fit great in the man cave, but I can't shake that the individual fifth from left has a passing resemblance to Alejandro Oms. Oms did play for the short lived San Jose Cuban Winter League team in 1925-26, but I'm 100% certain this isn't from that. I'm also getting older and eyes don't work as well. Before I frame it up, I just need someone to tell me "Yo dawg, that ain't him."

I thought I would look and dismiss the idea in a minute, but they do look quite similar.

Does look a lot like him and the height is correct as Oms was only 5.5. The only concern I have it that if the image is 1940’s he looks too young. Oms was havin health issue by the 1940’s and I believe was dead by 44

I guess I misspoke. I thought the seller had it listed as “1940’s” but going back through my purchase history it was listed as “20’s to 30’s.” At some point Getty Images had a scan of this exact photo and has it listed as “Circa 1922 Sugar Cane League Team”
