Default Coachs Corner shows their Street Cred

hahahaha

"After speaking with Darren Daulton today, he has volunteered to personally call any future bidders on lot #1 his World Series Championship ring. He has also invited the winning bidder to a special lunch and possible TV appearance in mid December! All you have to do is bid on the ring and he will give you a call. Also, a limited amount of bidders will receive a call from Dutch if you bid on his other items as well. There are hundreds to choose from, so what are you waiting for?? Good luck bidding!!"

I wonder if they can forge a phone call?

Daulton is a major drinker!! He hung out with my partner Blair Jett at the Atlantic City National way back when.

I think the time with Daulton will be worth much more than the ring itself!!

Actually I think Darren is back to reality or "cured." He was a guest analyst for Phillies playoff coverage this year and was joking about how crazy he was, so maybe he isn't insane anymore. That said, it would be mighty interesting to talk to him.

He was a good player in his day, and being a Phi Beta Kappa isn't a requirement to be a baseball star.
