1957 Stan Lopata Promo Card

Is anyone familiar with a 1957 Topps Stan Lopata card that on the back has an advertisement stating

"TOPPS '57 BASEBALL Now Teams up With A Nationwide Bazooka Bubble Gum Contest". There are a few more lines that deal with prizes to be won.

I've never seen the card before and have been unable to find out anything about it.
