A side project I've been working on is Bowman sets from '48-54. I keep the '51-54s in standard top loaders and have been storing the smaller ones in binder sheets. It has always bugged me that nobody seems to make toploaders for the '48-50 Bowman cards or binder sheets for the '51 and 52 cards. How do you store your cards from these sets? Does someone make toploaders appropriately sized for the smaller cards? How about binder pages for the '51 and '52s?
Any input, opinions, etc is appreciated. Thanks |

I'm working on the '52 set. Right now, everything ungraded is in a top loader/penny sleeve. As I get closer to the end, though, I'm thinking about putting everything into card savers, trimming off the tab on top, then slipping them into 4-pocket pages. I think someone mentioned this method on an earlier thread, and I liked the idea.

I saw that same post and put my 51 Bowman Football set into card savers, trimming the top and into 4-pocket sheets. I really like how it turned out. I recommend this method! |

Michael, do the cards stay pretty centered in the Card Savers?

You have to be careful putting the cards into the semi regids and getting them centered and it takes longer but not too bad for a 144 card set. I enjoyed it. |
