I recently picked up this great image of Minnie Burke of Waldron's Tracadero Burlesquer's. A little research on the internet revealed that this was a popular company that performed multiple shows in New York and Boston. I'm not quite sure where the Boston Red Sox fit into the picture, but Minnie and the Trocaderos were playing at the Columbia Theatre in New York in a act called "The Three Dukes" on Dec. 3, 1912 (New York Times). Earlier, Minnie and the Trocaderos did Irving Berlin's "Alexander's Rag Time Band" in a play entitled "The Merry Whirl" (1911). Interesting stuff from a historical perspective when you tie in the culture of the times...
Anyway, here's Minnie and her autograph the year the Sox won the series in 1912:

Does the bat look familiar to anyone? The Garter?
