When I click on the card hoping to enlarge it, the screen goes dark(but can still somewhat see the small image)

The screen always goes dark but a much larger scan should open in the middle of that dark box. I assume that isn't happening?

It's working on my computer at work, but not at home. I'll try to figure out what's wrong when I'm home again. Nice card.
