Former United States Presidents Jimmy Carter (also Nobel Peace Prize laureate) and Gerald Ford (deceased) autographed/hand signed 1977 Thomas Jefferson stamp commemorative envelope, postmarked during Carter's administration. The signatures are in sharp and clean ink, except for a slight smudge to the C in Carter. The envelope itself is clean and sharp. Comes with an LOA from James Spence Authentication.
