1954 Nationals Yearbook for sale

Hi-
I am offering the 1954 Washington Nationals Yearbook (see scans below) for sale. All of the pages are there, but there are multiple creases on the front cover. There is also an inkstain that affects several internal pages, but as you can see from the third scan, it is fairly small, and only near the edge of the page. Please email me or post here for additional scans or information. I am willing to listen to offers. I will accept the first offer that I deem reasonable (in case of two offers being the same, the one dated first will be honored). Offers can be posted below or emailed to me at aelefson@hotmail.com. I have not sent anything through BST yet, but if you are a regular poster, I can send the yearbook to you before you send payment (payment is check or money order, I do not accept paypal).
