1917 EDDIE CICOTTE NEWSPAPER MUSEUM FRAMED RARE FIND

1917 St. Louis Daily Globe Framed Newspaper w/ Cicotte Offered is a page from the May 20, 1917 St. Louis Daily Globe-Democrat, Sport Section (Part 4) -framed and ready for hanging. The main article visible covers the mighty "Knuckle Ball" and how it is thrown, the pitch described by White Sox no hitter pitcher Eddie Cicotte, later to be one of the "Eight Men Out" of baseball for the Black Sox scandal. The opposite side shows the Sunday Morning Sporting Section and has baseball scores for the most part, and is intact save for some of a lower right article on Ty Cobb.
