Default Signature/Player ID Help

This was from a lot of Dodger minor leaguers. I have tried every combo I can think of in Baseball Reference and came up with zip. Maybe a fresh set of eyes can see what I am not seeing.

Does anyone recognize the face or signature. Most of these players were low minors in the 96-00 era, but that doesn't mean this guy was for sure.

Shot in the dark, but maybe a player named Monte Marshall.

Someone on the PSA board posted a Marshall card from Great Falls (1997) and said the same thing. I am convinced, lacking any other evidence, that Monte Marshall is the guy. Can't find a signature to match or a number, but he looks darn close physically. Thank you!

Whomever collected these autographs seemed to have had access to the players in that time frame. Lots of these cuts made from Kodak photos. A lot of foreign born players too, many pictured in "mug shot" type photos in front of the same white rock wall, who I can't even find on baseball reference, even when the names are readable and provided. I think many of the players were trying to make teams and were never officially members of the organization.

For example, I had no clue Pete Rose Jr was trying to make the Dodgers at one point, but he was in the lot in a Dodger uniform. BR doesn't mention Rose with the Dodgers, but an online photo confirms that we was working out with the team at some point.

If I had to bet, it was probably someone from the Vero Beach area who attended ST games regularly. Most likely they took the pictures the first week or two of camp, made all the cuts and then spent the rest of the time in ST getting them signed. That would also explain players like Pete Rose Jr. being present, as he would have likely been a non-roster invite to camp. It's a BEAR to find info online about non-roster guys who never played with the organization other than during the spring, because technically they never played an official game with the team.
