Ray, if you look for someone's screenname at the top right of their posts it is usually linked to their email address you can click the link or read it from the status bar. In this case his email address is: volvo947@sympatico.ca

but my computer is set up to launch MS Outlook when I get an email link like that (don't ask; it's a work thing). My actual email service is something else.
Bottom line is links to email addresses don't work for me. That's why I'm always asking for them.

You can also right click and hit "copy link location" then just paste that in the to: for your email

Ray,

You can also do a right click on the persons screen name (above the login) and select properties. The email address will appear. This only works if they logged in included their email address.

I have the same problem as Ray - some other email tries to auto-launch. I just hover the cursor over the name, and the email address appears in the lower left hand corner of the screen. Then I manually type it into the email program I want to use.
