Default Uniform help?

This postcard caught my eye, but is there any chance the uniform is Chicago or Cincinnati, as opposed to just another amateur league uniform?
I see similar elements to the 1907 Cubs "C" logo, but the cap and "C" also reminds me of old Cincinnati from the same time period....and I think the dark top layer might be a sweater over the regular uniform shirt?

It looks to me to be Paddy Livingstone, who played for Cleveland, Cincinnati (1906) Cardinals, and Athletics.

Hah, it does look like him a bit! I thought it'd be easier to spot the uniform being used, rather than spot the individual. If your ID is accurate, I guess the next step would be to find a 1906 photo of a Cincinnati uniform to confirm.
