Default Help with a postcard

Picked this up yesterday and wanted to know thoughts on it. If it was a local team, some random guy that wanted his photo taken on a postcard. Any ideas suggestions, etc. I know its not Joe Jackson so lets not even go there.

The postcard dates to probably 20's or 30's, the problem is there is no symbols, team logo, etc, to pinpoint anything. Looks to be a studio shot as well unless its a soft wood background.

Also the listing of the description said it was an old football player so that didn't help a whole lot either.

Anyway let the fun begin.

The Azo stamp box, with two triangles pointing up and two triangles pointing down, more likely places the production of this card in the period of 1918 - 1930.

As for the player pictured, I unfortunately have no idea.

Best regards,

Eric
