T206 Willis POR RARE Gray Ink Background

I have a T206 rare print variation of HOFer Vic Willis with rare Gray background color. The other colors in the image appear to be normal. SGC rejected due to tape on back which I do not undertsand considering I have seen other taped cards in their holders. Anyway......the card is 100% authentic. I am entertaining offers.
